Returns & Exchange

You may return your order within 3 days after the parcel has arrived to the access point. We will give you the new item without any additional cost except shipping cost that might be incurred during the process.

• You may exchange any item if you are not satisfied with the color or size. Returns or exchanges can also be made for any item with a manufacturing defect ( Not a damage caused by shipping process ).

• Please contact us about any returns or exchanges request within 3 days after receiving your parcel.

• All items must be returned unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories.

• All returns and exchanges must be approved beforehand.

• To request a return, please contact us on info@kssmss.com. Once we have approved your return, we will provide further instructions.

• All return attempted without a return authorization will be shipped back to you.

• The customer is responsible for the cost of a return or exchange shipment unless the return or exchange is necessary due to the fault of the company.

• We strongly advise using a trackable shipping service for any exchange item being returned.
